摘　　要：当前体育专业学生因专业局限性较大,供需矛盾突出,就业的自我期望值较高等原因,导致就业率及就业满意度不容乐观.本研究构建了一个"政府、社会、用户、高校、学生"五位一体的高校体育专业毕业生基层就业模式.The current university graduates are faced with unprecedented pressure of employment , the gradu-ates of sports for professional limitations , the contradiction between supply and demand , the employment of the higher self expectation causes leading to employment and job satisfaction is not optimistic .The article attempts to construct a “government , society , college students , the user ,” five in one college sports professional graduates ’ employment mode .
