摘  要:以N-乙烯基己内酰胺(VCL)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过溶液聚合法合成了聚乙烯基己内酰胺(PVCap)动力学抑制剂,并将PVCap动力学抑制剂与其他增效剂复配制得PVCap复配抑制剂。用IR,1H NMR,GPC等方法分析了PVCap的结构。采用THF法研究了PVCap复配抑制剂对水合物的抑制性能。实验结果表明,随增效剂用量的增大,PVCap复配抑制剂的抑制性能增强;PVCap/甲醇复配抑制剂的抑制效果最好,使用该复配抑制剂时水合物形成的诱导时间最长为887min;增效剂通过增强PVCap分子在水合物笼上的吸附能力提高其抑制性能。A kinetic inhibitor, polyvinylcaprolactan(PVCap), for inhibiting the formation of gas hydrates was synthesized through solution polymerization with N-vinylcaprolactam(VCL) as monomer and azobisiobutyronitrile as initiator, and characterized by means of IR, 1H NMR and GPC. Composite inhibitors were prepared by compounding PVCap and synergistic agents. The inhibiting property of the composite PVCap inhibitors was studied by THF method and the results showed that their inhibiting property was significantly improved through adding the synergistic agents, among which the composite inhibitor, PVCap/methol, had the strongest inhibiting effect. When the PVCap/ methol composite inhibitor was applied, the induction time for the formation of the hydrates in tetrahydrofuran was 887 min. The inhibiting property of the inhibitors was improved by enhancing the adsorption capacity of PVCap on the hydrate cages with the synergistic agents.
