摘　　要：应用PC104总线技术、模块化仪器和信号处理技术,开发了某型装备电子设备故障检测仪。其硬件主要包括PC104硬件系统、调理模块单元、供电系统、接口单元、连接电缆以及配套的专用测试装置等。检测仪的软件基于Windows CE嵌入式操作系统,采用Visual C++程序语言进行开发。该检测仪可将故障定位到板块级可更换单元,并可辅助装备维修使用人员实现对上述电子设备进行快速维修。A fault testing device for the electronic instrument of an military equipment is developed in this paper.The PC104 bus,modular instrumentation and signal processing technology are integrated in the device.It consists of PC104 bus peripheral system,signal condition circuit,power supply system,interface unit,connection cables and dedicated measurement firmware.Based on Windows CE embedded operation system,the application software is implemented by Visual C＋＋ programming language.The device could be used to locate the fault on changeable unit of board,so that the maintenance personnel are assisted to perform rapid repair and servicing.
