绿道体育管理绩效评估指标体系构建——以珠三角绿道为例

摘　　要：以管理学、系统论等相关理论为依据,采用文献法、调查法、分析法与统计法,阐述了珠三角绿道建设及管理现状;分析了珠三角绿道体育管理绩效评估的背景、作用与意义;叙述了珠三角绿道体育绩效评估的一般步骤与原则;重点论述了珠三角绿道体育管理绩效评估指标体系设计过程,构建出一套包括3个一级指标、13个二级指标、28个三级指标的绿道体育管理绩效评估系统,为建立健全绿道体育管理评估制度,提升绿道体育公共服务水平提供借鉴。Based on management science, systems theory and other related theories, using literature method, survey method, analytical method, this paper expounded the present situation of the Pearl River Delta Greenway Construction Status and management; analyzed the background, meaning and function evaluation of the Pearl River Delta greenway sports management performance; described the general steps and principles of evaluation of the Pearl River Delta Green Road sports performance; focused on the design of index system of evaluation of the Pearl River Delta greenway sports management performance, constructed a set including 3 level indicators, 13 level two indexes, 28 level three indexes of the greenway sports management performance evaluation system, for the establishment of a sound evaluation of Greenway sports management system, promote green road sports public service level for reference.
