世界男子单杠项目成套动作编排特征研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数据分析法、综合分析法,对伦敦奥运周期第41、42、43以及第30届伦敦奥运会的体操男子单杠项目决赛的前8名优秀运动员完成成套动作的总体加分情况、成套动作的单个难度动作的使用情况以及成套动作完成E分的质量特征进行分析,得出:⑴新规则的变化对单杠的编排也产生了很深的影响,在新规则的导向下单杠项目不仅向着更加难美、惊险性的方向发展,而且对成套动作艺术性有了更高的要求;⑵成套动作单个难度动作使用"中穿类、掏类"的难度动作编排减少,飞行动作的编排逐渐增多趋势;而下法动作仍然以"直体后空翻两周720°旋下"为主流,对下法动作的编排将以稳定性为原则;⑶成套动作的总体加分以"D+D、D+E、E+D;D+D+E、F+D+F"甚至"D+D+D+D"的4连接为主要的加分特征,且成套动作的加分编排主要以3串、4串的杠上动作与飞行、飞行加飞行的连接为主要特征;⑷成套动作完成E分的质量还有瑕疵,有待加强。This article uses the literature material law, video summarization, data analysis method, comprehensive analysis method, the use of a single difficulty complete set movements of the London Olympic Games period of forty-first, 42, 43 and thirtieth sessions of the London Olympic Games gymnastics men＇s horizontal bar project before the final eight elite athletes in general conditions, the complete set movement. And the completion quality of movement characteristics of E were analyzed： the change of new rules on the horizontal bar arrangement also has a deep impact, the horizontal bar in the new rules under the guidance of project not only towards more difficult beautiful, breathtaking in the direction of development, but also have higher requirements for the complete set movement artistic; the difficulty action sets the action with a single ＂ difficulty in class, out of class ＂ layout to reduce flight movements, gradually increasing trend; and purgation action still with ＂ backflip two weeks 720 °rotation ＂ as the mainstream, the downward arrangement will in principle and stability; the whole set movements points to ＂ D＋D, D＋E, E＋D; D＋D＋E, F＋D＋F ＂ and ＂ D＋D＋D＋D ＂ four connection points of the main features, and arranged in sets of action points to three String, four string movement on the bar and flight, flight and flight connections as the main character; the complete set movement completed the E quality and defects, needs to be strengthened.
