摘　　要：通过对2013年四川省青少年锦标赛赛事和参赛队的调研,发现学校排球在四川省各地市州发展不平衡,无论是排球人口还是技、战术水平均存在较大差距;身体素质测试结果与《中国青少年排球训练教学大纲》评分标准差距大,特别是助跑摸高差距最大;四川省排球后备人才的储备严重不足,排球"唯高度"引起了广泛争议和关注;基层排球教练员的敬业精神和业务水平亟待提高。This article through to the youth championship tournament and team in sichuan in 2013, found that the school volleyball unbalanced development in our province around the city states, both population of volleyball technology and tactics level has a large gap; physical quality test results with the China youth volleyball training syllabus grading standard gap is big, especially high run-up to touch the greatest difference; our volleyball reserve talents reserves, the sichuan volleyball ＂height＂ only has stirred controversy and concern; volleyball coaches at the grass-roots level of professionalism and business level needs to be improved.
