摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计和比较分析等研究方法,对四川省第10届和第11届运动会田径比赛成绩进行分析,对取得较好成绩和名次(前3名)运动员的后继发展进行跟踪调查,发现运动员可持续发展较滞后,除少数优秀的田径后备人才能够选入专业队继续进行训练外,大多数后备人才严重流失。因此,分析四川省田径后备人才培养现状及存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,为四川省田径后备人才的可持续发展提供一定的借鉴。By using the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis research methods, Sichuan province on the tenth and eleventh Games track and field competition results of the analysis, to achieve better results and rankings（top 3） subsequent development of athletes tracking survey, found that sustainable development is lagging behind the players, with the exception of a few outstanding athletics reserve talent can be selected into the professional team to continue training, the most serious loss of talents. Therefore, analysis of the current situation of reserve talents of track and field training in Sichuan province and the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, to provide a reference for the sustainable development of Sichuan province athletics reserve talents.
