摘　　要：运用文化区理论,采用文献资料、比较分析、个案研究等方法对西北民族传统体育文化区的形成背景、地理分布特征进行了研究,结论如下:西北民族传统体育文化区分为三秦文化区、甘陇文化区、宁夏文化区、青海文化区和新疆文化区五个区,其中三秦文化区分为陕北亚区、关中亚区、陕南亚区,甘陇文化区分为陇南亚区、陇北亚区,宁夏文化区分为宁北亚区和宁南亚区,青海文化区分为海西亚区和海南亚区,新疆文化区分为南疆亚区、北疆亚区。Using the theory of cultural areas,On the northwest ethnic minority sports culture area of geographic spatial distribution characteristics, culture factor and form factors are analyzed. By using the method of literature, case study and other methods of traditional sports culture of northwest minority area were studied, the conclusions are as follows： Northwest National Traditional Sports Culture and culture area, divided into sweet Longde Cultural District, Ningxia Cultural District, Qinghai culture and Xinjiang culture area of the five district, The distinction of North Shaanxi area and culture, Central Asian region, southern asia, Gan long culture divided into the Longnan area, north area of gansu, Ningxia culture is divided into North and South Asia area Ning area, Qinghai culture is divided into West Asia region and Hainan area, Xinjiang Cultural Zone in southern Xinjiang, northern subregion.
