低频脉冲电刺激治疗产褥期乳腺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨低频脉冲电刺激对于产褥期女性乳腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的产褥期急性乳腺炎患者98例,采用随机数字表法将其分为刺激治疗组和常规治疗组,常规治疗组采用一般治疗方法,而刺激治疗组在一般的治疗方法基础上加用低频脉冲电刺激疗法,比较两组治疗方法的总有效率以及临床治愈时间。结果:刺激治疗组的临床疗效明显优于常规治疗组,刺激治疗组总有效率高于常规治疗组,临床治愈时间短于常规治疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于产褥期乳腺炎患者使用低频脉冲电刺激疗法能够明显缩短临床治愈时间,提高总有效率,疗效较好,具有较大的临床推广意义。Objective： To investigate the low frequency pulse electrical stimulation for the clinical effects of puerperal mastitis women.Method： Select the author＇s hospital treated 98 cases of patients with acute mastitis in puerperium, the random number table method was adopted to be divided into the treatment group and routine treatment group and routine treatment group use the general treatment method, and stimulation treatment group on the basis of general treatment method with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation therapy, compared two groups of treatment the total effective rate and clinical cure time.Result： Stimulate the clinical curative effect of treatment group is superior to conventional treatment group, the stimulation treatment group total effective rate was higher than normal group, the clinical cure time was short in the conventional group, two groups compare difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For patients with puerperal mastitis frequency pulse electrical stimulation can significantly shorten the clinical cure time and improve overall efficiency, good effect, with great clinical significance.
