摘 要:采用聚丙烯中空纤维膜接触器,用一乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)和氨基乙酸钾(PG)作为吸收剂对烟气中的CO2进行了吸收实验,研究气体流速、吸收剂流速和浓度等因素对CO2脱除率和传质速率的影响。结果表明:以上吸收剂分离吸收CO2的效率由大到小依次是PG、MEA、DEA。CO2的脱除率和传质速率随吸收剂浓度和流速的提高均增加;CO2脱除率随气体流量的增加而减小,但传质速率却随之增加。This article uses monoethanolamine (MEA) ,diethanolamine (DEA) and aqueous solution of potassium glycinate (PG) as absorbent and puts them in polypropylene (PP) hollow fiber membrane contactor to conduct an experiment of CO2 absorption from flue gases and to study the dependency of CO 2 removal efficiency and the mass transfer rate on operating parameters ,such as the flue gas flow rate ,liquid flow rate ,concentration of absorbents as well as solvent types .The results show that the efficient of PG is higher than MEA and DEA is the lowest .The CO2 removal efficiency and mass transfer rate increase with the increase of the liquid flow rate and the solvent concentration ,and the CO2 removal efficiency decreases with the increase of the gas flow rate ,while the CO2 mass transfer rate increases .
