摘　　要：针对大型麦芽厂现况，原料大麦品种多，品质不齐，提出了一种新型的基于WINCC实时数据和VB技术结合的配料系统，利用了最新ADO数据库访问技术，对整个生产系统调配方法进行设计，保证了麦芽品质在合理范围内，提高了经济效益。For large malt factory, the raw material of barley variety, quality not neat, puts forward a new kind of real-time data and VB technology combination of ingredients based on WINCC system, using the latest ADO database access technology, to design of the whole production system deployment method, guarantees the quality of malt in the reasonable scope, improve the economic benefit.
