市场过渡进程中正规化交易组织的形成及影响因素

摘　　要：本文首先以改革以来我国商品期货交易所的发展为例 ,分析了不正规交易组织向正规化交易组织的演化过程 ,具体讨论了组织目标的重新确定、交易组织与外部环境之间的互动关系、正规化演进的条件要求等内容 ,接着阐述了市场过渡进程中影响交易组织演进的一些重要因素。作者强调 ,为了使交易组织走上正规化的发展道路 ,一方面必须弥补这类组织本身的各种制度漏洞和组织缺陷 ,另一方面又要注意防止特定的改革方式与路径、行政力量的作用形式以及权力资本化可能造成的不良影响。With case study on the development of futures market in China since the start of economic reform,the paper analyzes the transition from non-regular transaction organization to regular transaction organization,discusses the re-determination of target of organization,the co-relation between transactional organization and external environment,the condition for regularized transition,etc.,and then discusses some important factors affecting the condition for regularized transition,etc.,and then discusses some important factors affecting the transition of transactionsl organization in the process of marketization.The author stresses the importance of streamlining the transactional organization and taking the appropriate measures for making the organization workable.
