摘 要:对垃圾焚烧发电厂余热锅炉的布置方式进行研究,针对立式布置、卧式布置、∏式布置3种主要布置方式对锅炉燃烧效率、投资成本等的影响分析和比较了3种炉型布置方式的性能及优缺点,得出结论:垃圾热值越高且垃圾处理量越大的锅炉其蒸发量也随之越大,其锅炉效率也增加;立式锅炉随着单台锅炉处理量的增加,锅筒中心标高逐渐增高,但是锅炉长度并不是逐渐增加,而是根据设计的要求而变化,该炉型配置适合占地面积小的垃圾焚烧发电厂;卧式布置、∏式布置长度较长,比较适合占地面积大的垃圾焚烧发电厂。This paper studies arrangement modes of waste heat boiler in garbage incineration power plant.Aiming at impact on combustion effectiveness and investment cost by three main arrangement modes including vertical arrangement,horizon-tal arrangement and ∏type arrangement,it analyzes and compares performances and merits and demerits of these three ar-rangment modes.The conclusion indicates that evaporation capacity of the boiler which is of higher colarific value and bigger handling capacity is larger and its effectiveness is increasing.With increasing handling capacity of single vertical arranged boiler,the center elevation of the boiler barrel is gradually increasing while length of the boiler is not increasing which is changing accroding to requirement of design.Thereby,the boiler with vertical arrangement mode is suitable for the garbage incineration power plant which is of small floor area.In addition,length of horizontal arranged and ∏type arranged boilers are comparatively longer so these two kinds boilers are suitable for garbage incineration power plant of large floor area.
