智能变电站在线监测系统的IEC 61850信息建模与通信实现

摘　　要：首先,分析了智能变电站在线监测系统的网络架构、在线监测智能电子设备(intelligent electronic device,IED)的软硬件设计以及面向对象建模技术的内容;然后,以避雷器在线监测IED为例,阐述了信息建模的步骤和方法,以及实现IEC61850通信的操作流程;最后,将所建立的信息模型应用于实际工程中,成功实现了避雷器在线监测IED与监控中心的IEC61850通信,站端监控中心专家软件上的监测数据展示说明了在线监测系统通信状况良好。This paper firstly analyzes network architecture of online monitoring system of intelligent substation,software and hardware of online monitoring intelligent electronic device and contents of object-oriented modeling technology.Secondly,it takes arrester online monitoring IED as an example,states methods for building information model and realizing IEC 61850 communication.Finally,it applies established information model in practical engineering and realizes communication of ar-rester online monitoring IED and IEC 61850 in monitoring center.Display effectiveness of monitoring data of expert soft-ware in station end monitoring center shows good communication condition.
