摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊息肉样病变超声诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析超声诊断42例胆囊息肉的声像图表现,并与病理结果进行对照。结果腺瘤在胆囊底部多见,均为单发,息肉大小在7 mm以上。非肿瘤性息肉常伴有结石,大小在5 mm以内。结论超声检查简便易行,临床依据息肉数目、大小等情况,判断病变性质,指导临床手术治疗方案。Objective To investigate the polypoid lesions of gallbladder ultrasound diagnostic value in clinical application. Methods A retrospective analysis of ultrasound diagnosis of 42 cases of gallbladder polyps ： sonographic appearance, and compared with pathology results. Results The results of adenomas in gallbladder bottom to see more, were solitary, polyp size above 7 mm. Non neoplastic polyps often associated with stone, size within 5 mm. Conclusion Ultrasound is simple, clinical evidence polyp number, size, determine the nature of the lesions, to guide the clinical operation treatment.
