摘　　要：文章通过对大学生学术活动创新与学术素质的现实描述,探析大学生学术活动创新与学术素质提升的前径,学术意识的萌发与大学生自生素养的相互推进,学术氛围的熏陶与大学校园文化的相互促进,学术能力的培养须实现教师学生"研究共同体",学术实践的开拓须形式多样化、内容具体化。Through the realistic description of university students＇ academic activity innovation and academic quality, this paper in- quiries into the approaches of its improvement： the mutual pro- motion of academic awareness sprouting and university students＇ personal qualities; the mutual promotion of academic atmosphere influence and university campus culture; the necessity of realiz- ing the teacher-student ＂research community＂ in the cultivation of academic ability; the forms of academic practice expansion should be diversified and the content should be specific.
