摘　　要：武汉在中国铁路网中处于重要的枢纽地位。凭借高铁的发展,武汉有机会快速提升其城市功能。为了实现这个目标,武汉必须明白自己作为"枢纽城市"的责任。首先,管理者要树立起"大交通"的思维方式;其次,城市要加快建设智能化的市内交通系统;最后,武汉要致力于建设高尚的交通文化。Wuhan is an important hub in Chinese railway net- work. With the development of high-speed rail, Wuhan has the opportunity to quickly enhance its functionality. To achieve this goal, Wuhan must understand itself as ＂the hub city＂ of responsi- bility. In action, first, city managers must have ＂Big Traffic＂ way of thinking; second, the city should accelerate the construction of intelligent transportation systems; third, the city needs to build noble traffic culture.
