摘　　要：西部经济要想起飞 ,必须选择新的发展战略。本文从传统贸易理论的缺陷入手 ,分析区际贸易的积极作用和消极作用 ,重新界定划分主导产业的标准 ,为西部经济发展提出一个新思路。The take-off of western economy relies on the right choice of a new development strategy. This paper redefines the criterion of determining leading industries by analyzing the positive and negative roles played by inter-regional trade, from the perspective of deficiency of traditional theory of trade, thus suggesting a new way to develop western economy.
