摘 要:采用盆栽方法研究施用以废弃烟叶生产的有机肥和农家肥对土壤Pb的形态及Pb在供试植物甘蓝(Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.)体内的富集和转移特征的影响。结果表明,施用农家肥和废弃烟叶有机肥后对土壤Pb全量影响不明显,但能明显降低土壤有效态Pb的含量,甘蓝对土壤Pb的富集系数和转移系数明显降低,降低了Pb向甘蓝体内和地上部分的转移。Soil Pb and its characteristic of enrichment and transferring in capsicum of the pot cultivating with organic fertilizer and manure made by fresh tobacco waste was studied.The results showed that effects of full amount of soil Pb was not obvious with organic fertilizer and manure.Available Pb content could be significantly reduced.Enrichmentis factor and transferring coefficient of soil Pb to Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.could be significantly reduced.The soil Pb transferred to Cabbage and its above ground part was lowered.
