摘 要:采用蚕豆(Vicia faba L.)根尖细胞微核试验研究了不同浓度的铬对蚕豆根尖细胞微核率和染色体畸变的影响,以此评价铬(Cr6+)的遗传毒性。结果表明,随铬浓度升高,蚕豆根尖细胞微核率先升后降,染色体畸变率升高。50 mg/L铬处理48 h微核率和100 mg/L铬处理48 h染色体畸变率达到最大值,达到最大值后随着铬浓度增加微核率下降,但仍高于对照,铬引起的染色体畸变以染色体断片、落后染色体和染色体桥为主。试验结果表明,铬能诱导蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生和染色体畸变。Based on the micronudeus test of tip cell of Vica faba L.root,the effect of different concentrations of chromium nitrate on micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration in tip cells of Vicia faba L.root was examined to evaluate the genotoxicity of Cr6+.The results showed that the micronucleus rate and chromosomal aberration rate increased at first,with obvious dose-effect relationships reaching the maximum values at 48h,50 mg/L and 48 h,100 mg/L,respectively.Then it was followed by a drop with the increasing of chromium concentrations.The chromosomal aberration rate was still higher than that of the control.Chromosomal aberrations caused by chromium were mainly consisted of chromosome fragment,lagging chromosome and chromosome bridge.The results indicated that chromium could induce the micronuclei and chromosomal aberrations in tip cells of Vicia faba L.root.
