摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病足的X线、多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)表现,以提高其诊断能力。方法 80例采用数字化X线摄影进行足部正位、斜位照片,23例行双下肢动脉MSCTA检查,15例行患侧下肢动脉DSA检查。分析所见的影像征象。结果 65例骨质疏松、骨质吸收,29例骨干萎缩,8例Charcot氏关节,5例骨质增生硬化,65例软组织病变,3例足部平片小血管钙化。38例下肢动脉粥样硬化、管腔不规则狭窄。结论影像学检查是诊断糖尿病足的重要方法,影像学检查能很好地评价糖尿病足的骨质、血管及软组织病变,有助于糖尿病的临床治疗工作。Objective To investigate X-ray, Multislice Computed Tomography Angiography(MSCTA)and Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA) features of diabetic foot and to improve the accuracy of the diabetic foot diagnosis. Methods 80 patients were taken in frontal and oblique digital radiography of foot,23 were taken in MSCTA of bilateral lower extremity arteries, 15 were taken in DSA of affected lower extremity arteries. To analyze the features of diabetic foot which were examined. Results There were 65 osteoporosis and bone resorption cases,29 diaphyses atrophy cases,8 Charcot joint cases, 5 hyperostogeny and osteosclerosis cases, 65 soft tissue lesion cases,3 small vascular calcification of foot cases,38 lower extremity atherosclerosis and arterial stenosis. Conclusion Radiology was an important method for diabetic foot diagnosis. It could evaluate the lesion better which in bone, blood vessel and soft-tissues. It could contribute to the clinical treatment of diabetic foot.
