摘 要:目的利用高频超声研究健康人群项韧带浅部各段形态与伸缩性。方法选取264例成人无颈椎病症状且颈椎四位片观察无阳性征像的志愿者,对其项韧带浅部分别行横轴位、纵切位进行高频超声检查,观察其形态、回声、颈椎中立位与450前倾位项韧带各段最小横截面积变化率,并将测量结果进行统计学分析。结果项韧带浅部轴位观察呈类扇形或三角形,长轴位观察呈带状具有伸缩性的下粗上细的韧带结构,各段形态与最小横截面积变化率性别间差异不明显,但是随着年龄的增加项韧带伸缩性呈下降趋势。结论熟悉正常项韧带浅部超声解剖结构及各段伸缩性变化范围,可为颈椎病与颈项部疾病诊断及颈椎病的研究提供可靠的超声学解剖依据。Objective To investigate the morphology and elasticity of ligamentum nuchae shallow section in normal people by Using high-frequency ultrasound. Methods Selected 264 adult volunteers(aged 20-40) who had no cervical spondylosis and cervical vertebra four pieces of no positive sign to measure the axial coronal and Longitudinal position, morphology, echo and each section of the minimum cross-sectional variation rate by using ultrasonic and the statistical analysis of the results was made. Results Nuchal ligament superficial axial pattern was a sector or triangle, Its long axis was the banded structure which was the top part more narrow and flexible; The morphology and the minimum cross-sectional area change rate is no significant gender, but the nuchal ligament elasticity of the overall trend has declined with age. Conclusion Be familiar with the normal term shallow ligament ultrasound anatomy and its each elastic range , providing reliable ultrasonic anatomy basis for the study of cervical diseases and neck diseases diagnosis and cervical vertebra disease,
