摘  要:目的探讨门冬胰岛素50或门冬胰岛素30联合二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖波动的影响及其与氧化应激损伤的相关性。方法 T2DM患者40例随机均分为门冬胰岛素50组(A组)和门冬胰岛素30组(B组),另选18例体检正常者作对照(C组)。测定治疗前后的血糖(BG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和8-异前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)水平。结果 A组午餐后及晚餐前BG较B组下降更显著(P<0.05),BG波动小。治疗后,A组和B组的PGF2α水平较治疗前均下降(P<0.05)。结论每日三次门冬胰岛素50-50-30可较好的控制午餐后及晚餐前BG水平,减少BG波动,同时可有效改善机体的氧化应激状态。Objective To explore the impacts of insulin aspart 50 or insulin aspart 30 in combination with metformin therapy on blood glucose(BG) fluctuation and oxidative stress in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Forty T2DM patients were equally randomized into two groups of A(treated with insulin aspart 50) and B(treated with insulin aspart 30). Eighteen healthy people were taken as the controls (group C). The BG, glycosylated hemoglobin 1 c( HbAI c) and serum 8-iso- prostaglandin F2a(PGF2a) were examined before and after treatment. Results BG levels after lunch and before dinner were reduced more with less fluctuation in group A than those in group B (P〈0. 05 and P〈0. 01). Serum levels of PGF2a were decreased after treatment compared to those before in groups of A and B(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Insulin aspart 50-50-30 is effective in controlling BC- levels after lunch and before dinner and attenuating BG fluctuation and oxidative stress status in T2DM patients.
