摘 要:SN06-H1是位于沁水盆地东南缘西北倾单斜构造上的一口水平井,目的是揭开山西组3号煤层气藏,自上而下依次钻遇第四系、刘家沟组、石千峰组、上石盒子组、下石盒子组、山西组。在刘家沟组和石千峰组钻遇漏失地层,漏失量约为20—25m3/h,在山西组煤层先后钻遇五条断层,一条背斜,一条向斜,水平井段出现岩性极硬地层,大大增加施工难度和施工危险度。作业队对钻探施工过程中遇到的复杂地层进行冷静分析,针对钻遏地层特点及时调整施工方案,保证了工程的顺利完成,煤层钻遇率达到92.36%,总结经验提出好的建议,为以后该区块井位部署和钻井施工奠定基础。SN06 - H1 is one of the CBM horizontal wells, which located in the southeastern margin of Qinshui basin, and point to discover the gas reservoir in No. 3 coal seam of Shanxi Formation. Quaterna-ry, Liujiagou Formation, Shiqianfeng Formation, Upper Shihezi Formation, Lower Shihezi Formation and Shanxi Formation are drilled in order. Leakage stratigraphic is encountered in Liujiagou Formation and Shiqianfeng Formation, with the leakage syncline are encountered in Shanxi Formation. of 20 -25m3/h. Five geological faults, a anticline and a Hard formation appeared in the horizontal drilling section, which increased the difficulty and risk of construction. The paper summarizes experience of drilling con struetion technique in u-shaped CBM well SN - 06H1, analyzed the complex formation during drilling. According to the characteristics of the formations, adjustments for construction plan had been made to en sure the success operation of the project. The drilling rate of coal seam can reach to 92. 36%. The prac tice lay the foundation of the future well development and drilling construction of this area.
