摘 要:基于煤层气中水、尘等杂质颗粒分布特性以及所含气体组分赋存特点,对两级净化技术在抽采煤层气除氧工艺中的适用性进行了深入研究,设计采用旋风除尘器作为一级净化系统,活性炭过滤器、A^E五级过滤器构成二级净化系统,变压吸附除氧系统由碳分子筛变压吸附塔组成。实践证明,两级净化系统可滤除直径0.1μm以上的水、尘、油杂质颗粒,变压吸附除氧工艺可将煤层气中O2含量降至1%以下,成功实现了低浓度煤层气中氧气组分的有效分离,从而为两级净化技术在低浓度煤层气变压吸附除氧工艺中的推广奠定了技术基础。Based on the distribution characteristics of water, dust and other impurities contained in CBM/CMM and the occurrence characteristics of gas composition, the research on the applicability the twostage purification technologies in the deoxidization process for drained CMM is conducted It is de signed to use cyclone as the first stage purification system, and activated carbon filters and A E five fil ters as the second stage purification system. The pressure swing adsorption deoxidization system is consis ted of the carbon molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption towers. Practice has proved that the twostage purification technologies can filter the impurity particles of water, dust, oil, with a diameter of more than0. 1 μm, and the pressure swing adsorption deoxidization system can decrease the 02 content in CBM to less than 1%, which successfully achieves the separation of 02 composition and methane in low quality CMM, and lays a technical foundation of the promotion of the twostage purification technology in the ap plication of pressure swing adsorption deoxidization process.
