摘  要:目的:对一种与生物组织热凝固温度相同的仿组织体模进行射频消融(RFA)测试,探讨其可否用于临床RFA实验研究中。方法:仿组织体模主要由猪肝、琼脂和氯化钠构成。通过测定体模密度、导电率和比热等参数,并用RFA体模进行消融测试,比较RFA在体模和新鲜离体牛肝脏中形成的消融灶大小和形状。结果:新制的体模为弹性好、韧性好、硬度好、无毒的固体。体模物理特性比如密度、比热、导电率与人体肝组织接近。RFA后体模的消融灶大小和形状跟离体牛肝RFA接近。结论:自制的仿组织体模可以用于进行RFA生物学效应的实验研究,检测RFA性能。ObjectiveAim of this study to make a kind of tissue coagulation temperature the same tissue mimicking phantom and applied to the study of radiofrequency ablation. Methods: The tissue mimicking phantom mainly by the liver and agar and sodium chloride. Determination of body density, conductivity and specific heat and other parameters, and ablation with radiofrequency ablation test phantom, comparison of RFA in phantom and fresh isolated Niu Ganzang forming in the lesion size and shape. Results: New phantom was a kind of solid subject with good condition of elasticity, toughness and hardness, furthermore, it was non-toxic. The physical properties of phantom such as density, heat capacity, conductivity and human liver tissue are similar as human liver tissue. The lesion size and shape of phantom treated by RFA are close to that of vivo bovine liver. Conclusion:the tissue mimicking phantom the self-made can be used experimental studying on the biological effects of RFA for detection of RFA performance.
