民国时期胶济铁路沿线转运业的兴衰

摘　　要：胶济铁路沿线转运业能够存在和发展,本身就是胶济铁路兴筑后的产物,而它们的相关业务活动,在一定时期内促进了胶济铁路运输的畅达,加快了土洋货的流动,对繁荣鲁省经济具有积极的意义。但由于转运业自身同时有很多弊端,又在一定程度上干扰了胶济铁路正常的营运活动,这是二者关系的复杂之处。随着胶济铁路为全面推广负责运输而采取若干限制转运业发展的措施,胶济铁路沿线转运业最终走向萧条。因此胶济铁路沿线转运业的生存、发展乃至消沉的历史轨迹,都是由胶济铁路决定的。对于二者的关系,需要用辩证的眼光来看待,才能反映事物的全貌。Transportation Industry＇s existing and developing along the railway lines of Jinan-Qingdao was the product of the railway lines of Jinan-Qingdao＇s appearance. Its related business activities promoted the railway transportation accessibility, accelerated local product and foreign goods fluent in a certain period of time, which has made positive significance in the prosperity of Shandong province economy. But the transportation industry itself also has many defects, to some extent, which also interfered with the normal operating activities of the railway. It was complexity relationship between them. The transportation industry eventually depressed because the railway took several restrictions on transportation industry which came from responsible transportation took by the railway. Therefore the transportation industry＇s survival, development and even depression determined by the railway. In a word, only adopting the dialectical view can reflect the whole picture of them.
