摘 要:本文提出了KOH碱熔活化钾长石制备全钾W型分子筛的工艺。考察了KOH碱熔活化碱矿比、老化温度与时间、晶化温度与时间及反应体系组成等因素对合成W型分子筛形貌和结构的影响,结果表明W型分子筛在较宽范围的条件下可以合成,其中适宜的条件为:KOH与钾长石的碱矿比为2∶1,活化物料按K2O∶SiO2∶Al2O3∶H2O摩尔比15∶10∶1∶570来调整配比,25℃下老化2.5 h,150℃下晶化24 h。W分子筛合成后的母液一部分可在W分子筛制备中循环利用,另一部分可副产K2CO3和白炭黑,实现了原料的综合利用。The process of preparing total potassium W zeolite from potassium feldspar activated by potassium hydroxide was studied. The effects of mass ratio of alkali to ore in the potassium hydroxide alkali fusion activation, aging time, aging temperature, crystallization temperature, crystallization time and system composition on the morphology and structure of molecular sieve were investigated in this paper. The results show that the W zeolite can be synthetized in a wide range of conditions, and the suitable conditions are as follows : the mass ratio of potassium hydroxide to potassium feldspar is 2:1 ; the activation material adjusted the mole ratio to 15K20: 10SIO2: 1A1203: 570H20, aging at 25 ~C for 2.5 h, and crystallizating at 150℃ for 24 h . After the W zeolite was synthetized, a portion of crystallization mother liquor can be recurrently used to prepare W zeolite, and the others were used to produce potassium carbonate (K2CO3 ) and white carbon black (SiO2 ), which can achieve the comprehensive utilization of raw materials.
