摘  要:正在建设中的重庆市同茂大道之同茂隧道开挖跨度大、埋深浅、上覆建筑物多,给隧道设计和施工带来很大的难度。结合同茂隧道工程实践,基于建筑物不同基础类型和建筑物至隧道中心不同偏移距两个因素,研究岩质隧道开挖对上覆建筑物基础变形的影响。采用有限元法分别对筏板基础、独立基础、独立桩基础不同偏移距的6种工况进行建模计算,分析不同基础类型和不同偏移距下建筑物基础位移和沉降差,总结其变化规律,分析其原因。研究结论可为浅埋岩质隧道施工和建筑物的安全保护提供指导。The Ton-Mao tunnel of Ton-Mao road project under construction has a large span and is shallow bur- ied, and with many buildings lying above, which bring great difficulty to tunnel design and construction. This paper based on Ton-Mao tunnel project considering different foundation types of building and different offsets between build- ing and the center of tunnel, the effect of rock tunnel excavation on the deformation of foundation of superstructure were studied. Six working conditions of raft foundation, individual foundation and individual pile foundation for differ- ent offsets were calculated using the finite element method. The displacement and differential settlement of foundation of superstructure was analyzed, its law of change was summed up and the cause was analyzed. The research conclu- sions could provide guidance for shallow tunnel construction in rocky zone and security of building.
