摘 要:针对当前锚喷支护中混凝土易开裂、抗拉强度差,围岩变形大的现状,研制出了一种新型高分子材料聚丙烯纤维,它能够与混凝土均匀混合并在混凝土喷层中形成均匀的三维网状乱向支撑体系,产生一种二级加强效果,有效的阻止了混凝土收缩离析,沉降的形成和发展,极大地改善了围岩的结构和物理力学性能,提高了围岩的承载能力,增强了围岩抗变形能力。通过与普通混凝土衬砌数值模拟对比分析和工程应用监测发现,该聚丙烯纤维混凝土喷层能够很好的抵抗围岩的变形,保证了围岩的稳定性,提高了经济安全性。具有比普通混凝土喷层更有实际应用价值的优势,有着广泛的应用前景。Aiming at that the shotcrete concrete is easy to crack, its tensile performance is poor, the surrounding rock deformation is big, a new type of polymer materials called as polypropylene fiber was studied. It can be mixed with concrete and be formed into three-dimensional network support system of different directions in the concrete spray layer, produce a side strengthening effect. It can effectually prevent the shrinkage and segregation as well as the for- mation and development of subsidence of concrete, it greatly improves the structure and physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock. It improves bearing capacity of the surrounding rock, and enhances the capacity of re- sistance to deformation of surrounding rock. Through simulation analysis, engineering application and survey with or- dinary concrete lining, we have found that the polypropylene fiber concrete spray layer can resist the deformation of surrounding rock, ensure the stability of surrounding rock and improve the economic safety. It has more practical val- ue than ordinary concrete shoterete, and has a wide application prospect.
