滇西亚种树鼩部分肝功能生化指标的测定及其分析

摘　　要：为了测定滇西亚种树鼩血清部分肝功能生化数据,本研究采用Olympus AU5400全自动生化分析仪对滇西亚种树鼩血清进行分析测定,并采用SPSS软件对测定数据进行统计分析并与人的参考值进行了比较。分析结果表明滇西亚种树鼩雌雄间部分肝功能生化指标测定值中总蛋白、球蛋白、白/球比、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、胆碱酯酶、直接胆红素比较差异性显著(P<0.05),其余的指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。滇西亚种树鼩血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白、直接胆红素的测定值均在人的参考值范围内。树鼩血清部分肝功能生化指标分析测定,可为判断树鼩肝功能的生理状况和人类肝损伤疾病树鼩模型的开发与利用奠定血清生化学基础。To determine the serum biochemical liver function partial data of Tupaia belangeri chinen- sis, we adopted Olympus AU5400 automatic biochemical analyzer to measure and analyzed serum of T. belangeri chinensis, and used SPSS software to statistically analyze the measured data, which is com- pared with the human reference values. The results showed that some biochemical indicators of partial liver function of T. belangeri chinensis between females and males were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）, such as total protein, globulin, albumin/globulin ratio, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, cholinesterase, direct bilirubin. The rest indicators were not significant differences （P 〉 0. 05）. The some measured data of T. belangeri chinensis was in the human reference value range, such as serum total protein, albumin, direct bilirubin. Determination of serum biochemical liver func- tion partial data of T. belangeri chinensis, which laid the solid foundation for exploitation of judging T. belangeri chinensis liver physiological function and making tree shrew model of hepatic injury of hu- man.
