胫骨远端骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较胫骨远端骨折切开复位内固定(ORIF)和有限切开内固定辅助外固定架外固定的临床效果。方法应用两种方法治疗胫骨远端骨折各32例。结果两组手术时间、术中术后出血量、愈合时间、并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论按照骨折类型及软组织损伤情况,选择合适的手术方法,均可取得满意效果。Objective To compare the clinical effect of external surgical approach open reduction ＆ internal fixation（ORIF） and finite section internal fixation assisted external fixation in fixed frame for distal tibial fracture. Methods To apply two methods for distal tibial fracture with 32 cases in each. Results The operative time. intra-operative and post- operation on blood loss, the clinical fracture union and clinical complications were compared between two groups, the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusions According to different pathological type,different operation methods were selected can get satisfactory effect.
