摘　　要：目的探讨防压疮凉液垫更换时间与压疮的关系。方法将患者随机分为实验组32例和对照组30例,对照组采取常规每2h更换凉液垫1次,实验组采取循序渐进增加更换间隔时间方法更换凉液垫。结果两组压疮发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采取每3h更换1次凉液垫可以减少患者痛苦,降低压疮的发生,减少护理工作量,提高工作效率。Objective To investigate the anti-bedsore cool liquid cushion replacement relationship between time and pressure sores. Methods The patients were randomly divided into experimental group of 32 patients and a control group of 30 patients in the control group received routine replacement every 2h cool liquid cushion once, take a gradual increase in the experimental group replacement interval method to replace the cool liquid cushion. Results The difference of the pressure sore incidence was not statistically significant between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Take every three hours to replace a cool liquid cushion can reduce the patient＇s pain and reduce the incidence of pressure sores, reduce the workload of nurses, improve work efficiency.
