2010-2013年红花注射液使用监测及合理性分析

摘　　要：目的了解该院红花注射剂使用现状和不良反应,强化合理用药观念,保障患者用药安全有效。方法调取2010年1月1日-2013年12月31日该院红花注射液使用相关数据汇总,并对其用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及不良反应监测等情况进行分与评价。结果 2011-2013年红花注射液总体消耗亦呈现增长趋势,2010使用率最高;2013年红花注射液DDDs最高,另依次是2010年、2012年、2011年;DDC值以2012年最低,其他几年比较接近;2010年和2012年上报红花注射液不良反应6例,2011年和2013年未收到红花注射液的不良反应报告,其表现以过敏反应为主。结论该院红花注射液使用总体较为合理,用药水平和金额与用药数量的同步性良好,但有儿童使用和超剂量、超适应证范围用药的现象,应警惕不良反应的发生。Objective To understand use present situation and the adverse reactions of safflower injection,strengthen the rational use of drugs, ensure safe and effective for treating patients. Methods Collected the using the relevant data of saf- flower injection from January 1 2010 to December 31 2013. Evaluated the DDDs, DDC and adverse reactions monitoring situa- tion. Results The overall consumption of safflower injection from 2011 to 2013 showed a trend of increase ,2010 had the high- est usage. The highest safflower injection DDDs was in 2013, The other was in 2010,2012,2011. The lowest D DC values was in 2012, other years were closely. In 2010 and 2012,6 cases reported safflower injection adverse reaction, In 2011 and 2013 had not received safflower injection adverse reaction reports. Its main performance was allergic reactions. Conclusion The use of safflower injection general in the hospital is reasonable. The synchronization of level and amount of medication and medication number is good, but there are children and overdose, beyond Indications scope of medication, should be alert to the occurrence of adverse reactions.
