高原地区牙周炎患者唾液中3种牙周致病菌与临床牙周指数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析高原地区牙周炎患者唾液中3种牙周致病菌与牙周临床指标的关系。方法对高原地区慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)患者和牙周健康(periodontal health,PH)人群共100名受检者进行牙周检查,记录探诊出血情况(bleeding on probing,BOP)、探诊深度(probing depth,PD)和临床附着丧失(attachment loss,AL)。收集各受检者的非刺激全唾液,使用PCR方法检测牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)、福赛坦菌(Tannerella forsythia,Tf)和齿垢密螺旋体(Treponema denticola,Td)的阳性检出率。结果 CP组Pg、Tf、Td检出率均明显高于PH组(P<0.05);BOP阳性组3种细菌检出率均明显高于BOP阴性组(P<0.05);随着PD和AL的增加,Pg、Tf、Td检出率也增高。结论高原慢性牙周炎患者唾液中Pg、Tf和Td的检出率与牙周临床指标呈正相关。Objective To detect the positive rate of 3 periodontal pathogens in chronic periodontitis （CP） patients living in plateau, and analyze the correlation between the prevalence and clinical parameters. Methods A total of 50 CP patients and 50 periodontal healthy subjects （PH） living （about 3 800 m） were recruited in this study. Clinical periodontal parameters including bleeding periodontal in plateau on probing （BOP）, probing depth （PD）, and attachment loss （AL） were recorded. Moreover, 3 periodontal pathogens in （ Pg ） , Tannerella forsythia （Tf） and Treponema denticola （Td） were de- tected by 16S rRNA based polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. Results The prevalence of Pg, Tf, and Td were much higher in CP group than that in HP group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Moreover, the prevalence of Pg, Tf, and Td were much significantly higher in BOP（ ＋ ） group than those in BOP（ - ） group （P 〈0.05）. And there were significant statistical differences between aforementioned groups. With the increase of PD and AL, the the prevalence of Pg, Tf, and Td became higher. Conclusion The prevalence of periodontal pathogens Pg, Tf and Td are positively correlated with clinical periodontal parameters in chronic periodontitic patients in plateau.
