大鲵油对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究大鲵油脂对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌作用及其抑菌效果。[方法]用乙醚萃取大鲵油脂后,采用滤纸片琼脂扩散法研究大鲵油脂对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌作用。[结果]大鲵油对嗜水气单胞菌有抑制作用,其抑菌圈直径为(8.10±0.55)mm。[结论]大鲵油脂对嗜水气单胞菌有抑菌作用,但与其他生物来源的油脂相比,其抗菌作用较差。[ Objective ] To explore antimicrobial effect of Andrias davidianus oil on Aeromonas hydrophila. [ Method ] A. davidianus oil was ex-tracted using ether, and the antimicrobial effect of A. davidianus oil on A. hydrophila was observed by the paper - disc agar-diffusion method. [ Re-sult ] The results showed that A. davidianus oil had antimicrobial effect on A. hydrophila with inhibition zones of （8.10 ± 0.55 ） mm. [ Conclusion] A. davidianus oil has antibacterial activity on A. hydrophila ,but the antimicrobial activity is poorer compared with oils and fats from other biology.
