基于植物认知与需求的挠力河保护区游客满意度分析  

Analysis on Tourists' Satisfaction Degree in Naolihe Nature Reserve Based on Plant Cognition and Demands

摘  要:通过对黑龙江挠力河国家级自然保护区游客对植物景观的认知、需求及满意度进行问卷调查。结果表明:①游客基本特征明显,以首次(94.20%)来此亲近自然、观鸟、休闲度假的游客群为主体(78.88%),尤其是省外游客群(59.76%);②游客认为保护区以湿地及其植物为背景的旅游大景观是最具魅力的旅游资源(52.00%),尤其是该季节湿地植物大尺度范围内的绿色景观(50.71%),游客评价较高,也是吸引游客来此的主要目的;③主体游客群认为旅游区植物种类丰富度偏低(6.66%),没有达到游客对湿地植物的认知需求,尤其是观花植物方面(53.57%)。基于此,提出相应的旅游区植物规划建议。Through questionnaires, tourists from the Naolihe National Nature Reserve in Heilongjiang are investigated in terms of its demand and satisfaction from the plant landscapes, which produces the results as follows : ( 1 ) it is clearly a basic characteristics for tourist groups, for the first time (94.20%) to get close for nature, bird watching and leisure as the main tourism motivation (78.88%), especially tourist groups from other provinces (59.76%) ; (2) tourists thought that the wetland and its plants in the reserve were the most attractive tourism re-sources (52.00%), and especially the green landscape with the seasonal wetland plants in a large scale (50.71%), which tourists had the higher assessment; (3) while the main tourist groups agreed that species richness on plant were low (6.66%), which did not meet the de-mand of learning on visitors to wetland plants, especially for the flowering plants (53.57%). Based on the above, corresponding suggestions for plant planning in the tourism area were put forward.
