摘　　要：随着我国经济和社会的快速发展,生活、生产用水的数量越来越多,同时,多样化的社会大生产,使得我国的水环境安全面临着前所未有的困境。因此,加大对水环境安全与风险评估的研究,对于更好地开发与利用、保护水资源、发挥水资源的管理功能着重要的研究价值。为此,以水环境安全与风险评估作为研究对象,在分析水环境安全与社会发展密切关系的基础上,就水环境安全评估的策略等进行了分析,以期为我国水环境的优化提供参考。With the rapid development of China＇s economy and society, quantity of life, production water more and more, at the same time, the diversity of social production, makes our countryg water environment safety is faced with unprecedented difficulties. Therefore, intensifying the study of water environmental safety and risk assessment has significant value for better development and utilization, protection of water re-sources. With water environment safety and risk evaluation as study object, on the basis of analyzing close relationship between water environ-ment safety and social development, strategy for water environment safety assessment was analyzed, so as to provide reference for optimization of water environment in China.
