摘　　要："三羧酸循环"是生物化学中的重点和难点,为了进一步深化教学改革、创新教学模式、提高教学质量,分别从教师讲授、师生合作、学生展示3个阶段,探讨了生物化学"三羧酸循环"教学改革。Tricarboxylic acid cycle is the important and difficult part in biochemistry. In order to deepen teaching reform,innovate teaching mode, improve teaching quality, the teaching reform of tricarboxylic acid cycle in biochemistry was discussed from three stages of teachers teaching, cooperation of teachers and students, students display.
