摘  要:目的观察半导体激光照射联合康复新液治疗皮肤溃疡的临床疗效。方法各种原因所致皮肤溃疡患者136例,分为对照组患者68例,采用康复新液外敷,每日2次;试验组患者68例,采用半导体激光联合康复新液外敷治疗,激光照射时间10 min,每日1次,治疗后3、7、14、21 d进行疗效评价。比较两组患者治疗后21d的有效率。结果试验组和对照组有效率分别为88.2%和76.5%,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),两组总积分值降低的差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论半导体激光联合康复新液治疗皮肤溃疡疗效较单纯外用康复新液治疗疗效好。Objective To observe the clinical effects of semiconductor laser combined with Kangfuxin in treating skin ulcer. Methods Altogether 136 patients with skin ulcer were divided into two groups: the treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with semiconductor laser and Kangfuxin jointly. The control group was only given Kangfuxin locally. The clinical effects were assessed 3, 7, 14 and 21 days later respectively. Results The effective rate was 88.2% for the treatment group, and 76.5% for the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant. The drop of symptom score after the treatment was much more remarkable in the treatment group than in the control group(P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions The combination of semiconductor laser and Kangfuxin was more effective than Kangfuxin in treating skin ulcer.
