摘　　要：目的评价420 nm强脉冲光及红蓝光治疗炎症性痤疮的临床疗效。方法炎症性痤疮患者60例,分为两组:A组30例患者,采用420 nm强脉冲光治疗;B组30例患者,采用红蓝光治疗。每周治疗2次,治疗4周后评价总疗效。结果治疗后4周,A组有效率为96.7%,B组有效率为73.3%,经χ2检验,A组的有效率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论 420 nm强脉冲光在治疗炎症性痤疮方面比红蓝光疗效好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 420 nm intense pulsed light and red-b]~ue light in treating inflammatory acne. Methods Clinical trials on 60 patients of inflammatory acne were divided into two group： Group A, thirty of them were treated with 420 nm intense pulsed light , and Group B, thirty of them were treated with red-blue light. The treatment were pedormed twice a week, and a fiuaI assessment was made 4 weeks after treatment. Results The effective rates of group A and group B were 96. 7% and 73.3 % respectively, showing a difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） that was statistically significant. Conclusions Compared with red-blue light, 420 nm intense pulsed light is much more effective against inflammatory acne.
