大隐静脉高位结扎联合X线下导管引导泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张体会

摘　　要：目的：观察大隐静脉高位结扎联合X线下导管引导泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法选择81例（92条患肢）大隐静脉曲张患者，采用大隐静脉高位结扎联合X线下导管引导注射泡沫硬化剂进行治疗，观察、随访临床效果。结果92条患肢均获得满意效果；随访6～30月，无复发病例。结论大隐静脉高位结扎联合X线下导管引导泡沫硬化剂治疗大隐静脉曲张的方法简单安全、疗效确切、创伤小、符合美容要求，适用于大隐静脉曲张有美容要求及高龄不能耐受传统手术。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of the great saphenous vein varicosis with high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with catheter-directed foam sclerotherapy with X-ray . Methods Eighty-one cases（ninety-two affected limbs） with Great saphenous vein varices were treated with high ligation combined with catheter-directed foam sclerotherapy with X-ray ,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment was observed . Results All of the ninety-two affected limbs got satisfac-tory surgical results without relapse with follow-up for 6~30 months’ . Conclusion The treatment of the great saphenous vein varicosis with high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with catheter-direct-ed foam sclerotherapy with X-ray is a simple ,safe and effective operation ,especially applicable for those w ho have cosmetic requirements or those w ho can’t endure the traditional operations .
