宁夏投资与消费失衡的原因及对策

摘　　要：运用大量数据,从劳动者报酬占国内生产总值的比重不断下降、政府总收入占地区生产总值的比重过高、城乡居民收入增长慢于GDP和地方财政收入的增长、居民收入用于消费支出的增长低于用于储蓄的增长以及财政支出中用于民生的基本公共服务支出比例过低等方面分析了宁夏投资与消费失衡的原因,提出了改善消费与投资关系的对策建议。Based on a lot of data, the causes of the unequilibrium of the investment and consumption in Ningxia are ana- lyzed in aspects of continuous decreasing in the share of labor compensation in GDP, too high a proportion of the total gov- ernment revenue in GDP, growth of the income of urban and rural residents being slower than those of GDP and local fiscal revenue, the growth of the residents＇ consumption being slower than that of the savings as well as too low a proportion of the fiscal expenditures in the basic public service for the people＇s livelihood. Some countermeasures for improving the rela- tionship between the investment and the consumption are out forward.
