摘　　要：基督教文化为社会工作提供了丰富的思想资源,掌握现代科学文化知识的国外传教士和本土传教人员则成为重要的人力资源,教会兴办的学校、医院、福利院等社会事业,为云南基督教社会工作的兴起提供了重要保障。云南基督教的社会工作服务可以分为宗教—社会型和社会—宗教型两种模式。应采用"整合资源、融入价值、促成行动、稳定制度、发扬特色"的建设思路,解决云南基督教社会工作存在的问题。Christian culture provides a rich source to social work ,the foreign missionaries and native missionary who master modern scientific and cultural knowledge have become an important human resource ,the schools ,hospitals ,wel-fare ,etc .which set up by church ,provides an important safeguard for the rise of Christian social work in Yunnan .Yun-nan Christian social work services can be divided into religious-social model and social-religious-based modes .We should adopt building ideas which is “integration of resources ,mixing of value ,contributed to action ,stability system ,carry forward the characteristic” to solve the problems of Yunnan Christian Social .
