摘　　要：心理能力是单板滑雪U型场地技巧优秀运动员必备能力。应用文献资料法、专家访谈法、自然观察法、测量法等对我国单板滑雪U型场地技巧项目优秀运动员心理能力现状进行了分析,结果表明我国单板滑雪U型场地技巧项目优秀运动员心理能力水平亟待提高。通过具体原因的分析,提出心理技能训练、运动心理咨询、建立心理对策库等方式培养运动员心理能力,以及为教练员开设心理训练培训课程等提高手段,对运动员心理能力的培养提供理论依据和指导。Mental ability is the necessary ability for excellent half- pipe snowboarders. With the methods of documentary information,expert interview,natural observation and measurement,the paper has an analysis on the status of mental ability of Chinese excellent half- pipe snowboarders. The result shows that the mental ability level of Chinese excellent half- pipe snowboarders needs to be improved. By the analysis of specific reasons,it puts forward some improving means which are psychological skill training,sports psychological consultation and establishing psychological countermeasures library to train snowboarders＇ mental ability, and opening psychological training courses for coaches,to provide the theoretical basis and guide for training the mental ability of snowboarders.
