摘　　要：为探讨世界优秀男子速滑运动员500 m全程滑跑速度节奏特征,以2008年荷兰短距离世锦赛三名优秀男子运动员为研究对象,采用个案研究法对比赛数据进行量化分析,揭示其内外道滑跑速度节奏特征和个体内外道速度节奏变化特征。结果表明:无论是内道还是外道滑跑,运动员在第一直道、第二直道和第二弯道速度节奏具有趋同的规律性,差距主要体现在入第一弯道速度控制和出第二弯道滑跑策略选择。外道起跑第二弯道换内道整体趋势表现为降速,内道起跑第二弯道换外道整体趋势表现为保持速度。第二直道前半段普遍加速明显,后半段一般保持速度,最高速度出现在进第三直道阶段。除个别阶段外,个体内外道两次滑跑速度曲线总体趋势具有一定的稳定性,全程速度的稳定性和两次滑跑的稳定性具有重要意义。In order to study the characteristics of speed and rhythm in the 500 m whole process of world excel-lent male speed skaters , three excellent male short track speed skaters in 2008 Holland World Champion-ships as the research objects , the paper has a quantitative analysis of events data with the method of case study , revealing its running speed and rhythm characteristics and individual speed and rhythm characteristics on the internal and external track .The results show that whether it is running inside or outside , the speed and rhythm of skaters have convergent regularity in the first and the second straight track ,and the second curve .The gap is mainly reflected in the controlling speed of the first curve and the choosing strategy of the second curve running .The whole trend of starting outside track from the second curve to inside track per-forms reducing speed , the whole trend of starting outside track from the second curve to outside track per-forms keeping speed .The first half of the second straight track speeds up significantly , the left keeps speed and the maximum speed appears in the third straight track .In addition to the individual levels , two running speed curve of individual internal and external track has certain stability , the stability of the speed and two＆amp;nbsp;running has an important meaning .
