高校速滑运动员与我国优秀运动员形态、机能、素质的比较

摘　　要：通过比较高校速滑运动员和我国优秀运动员身体形态、机能、素质三方面指标,发现高校速滑运动员的身体形态指标与我国优秀运动员的身体形态指标,除身高外,其余四项指标差异不显著,身体素质和身体机能均存在显著性差异;高校速滑运动员身体形态和身体素质与成绩的相关性较高。指出应加强全年系统性训练外,在平时训练中应注重与运动成绩相关性较高项目的训练。By comparing three indexes which are morphology , function and quality between speed skaters in u-niversities and Chinese excellent skaters , the paper found that except for height , morphology of speed skat-ers in universities and Chinese excellent skaters , other four indexes were not significantly different , quality and function of body have significantly difference .The morphology and quality fo skaters and the perform-ance have a high relativity .The paper points out we should strengthen system training and pay more atten-tion to the training which has a high relativity with performance in daily training .
