摘　　要：综合运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对黑龙江省冬季雪上运动资源现状、影响雪上运动环境的因素进行研究,探索优化利用雪上运动资源的方法,提出要具备承办大型赛事的综合能力、提高赛后经营管理的能力、增强赛后滑雪资源与环境的可持续性等可持续性发展的途径,为逐步改善雪上运动环境,进一步提升黑龙江省承办大型国际、国内滑雪赛事的综合能力,促进赛后滑雪运动环境与资源利用的可持续性提供理论依据。By using the methods of literature , mathematical statistics and logical analysis , this paper first made a study on the current situation of winter snow sports resource of Heilongjiang and the influencing fac -tors of snow sports environment .Explore the method of optimizing and using snow sports resource , and puts forward to have comprehensive abilities which can host large events , improve management after events , strengthen the sustainable development way of snow resource and environment after matches , for gradually improving the snow sports environment .The aim of this research is to provide some theoretical basis for fur-ther enhancing the comprehensive abilities of undertaking large -scale Chinese and international ski events in Heilongjiang , as well as further developing ski environment and using resource after events .
