摘　　要：流出物监测是核电厂放射性水平监测、核电厂应急管理以及核安全监管的重要内容。论文梳理了已有和制定中的核电厂流出物监测的核安全法规安全要求和相关标准,通过与美国NRC的部分监管要求进行对比,探讨了目前国内流出物监管存在的问题并提出了对策。Effluent radiation monitoring system is critical for radiation level monitoring and emergency manage -ment and safety regulation .Safety requirements for effluent radiation monitoring system in safety regulations and technical standards were examined and NRC regulation practices were compared .The problems with the regula-tion for effluent monitoring of nuclear power plant were discussed and the corresponding counter -measures were presented .
