摘 要:为了探索废水中重金属离子铬(VI)处理方法的新途径,实验采用有机氧化胺、有机甜菜碱和十二硫醇制备自组装膜处理六价铬离子废水。研究表明:有机氧化胺自组装膜性能优良。通过扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪、紫外分光光度法确定了有机氧化胺与水比例为1∶1(体积比)时,膜表观性能较好,能有效处理含铬废水。初步探索了自组装膜成膜机理及吸附机理。In order to explore the heavy metal ions in wastewater of chromium (VI) new ways of processing method are widely investigated. This paper experimentally studied the preparation of self-assembled monolavers using three surfactants. The result showed the best membrane of the three is use of aminneoxide. The mechanism of adsorption was explored. The function of the self assembled monolayer was detected through treatment of wastewater containing Cr, O{ . The best concentration was 1 : 1 for preparation of self-assembled mnnolayers, which was confirmed by Uv-vis spectrum, Fourier t,ansform infrared spectrometer and Fourier infrared spectroscopy. And the self-assembly film forming mechauism and adsorption meehanism were preliminarily studied.
